I love love love back market. I found them over 8yrs ago. I've never had an issue. phone was fair condition and only came with a few scratches along the edges of them and paint peeling. most of it is paint peeling and the scratches aren't deep. I couldn't give backmarket enough high stars! and tell everyone about it! best place to find high quality newer phones for very reasonable prices!

While Back Market handled the order quickly and with great communication, the device itself proved to be defective. I have returned it for a refund. I have had no further communication from Back Market or the refurbisher since I shipped it back. I will say the phone was as described, it was in nearly mint condition exterior wise. Sadly, it would not connect to Verizon after great effort to do so, and the microphone would not work.
