I am very happy with my Galaxy S20. Only thing that is hard for me to get used to is that it shows up being a AT&T phone and it is not operating with AT&T any longer as I have inserted my own sim card from my other phone. I am not sure if that can be removed or not. Physical condition is great and it seems to be working fine for me after a short time from my purchase.

it was a pretty seamless transaction. my only complaint was it has been a discontinued model which means that updates past a certain point are non-existent and also trying to find a case for it was a complete hassle. but the phone works great after the 48 Hours of updates that it did. but that was all my fault for not doing my research aside from all that I would definitely order from them again

Fantastic! I ordered an "excellent" quality Galaxy S20. It was like new, flawless. It was even unlocked, as advertised! The only irritating thing is the at&t boot-up screen and bloat-wear, but from I have learned, that's not easily removed. I have had no issues with the battery, and the phone is still water resistant.
