Galaxy S22 5G • Locked T-Mobile

Everything went well with my Galaxy S22 5G Ultra. Nice phone. The only issues have been with my previous phone. The battery was failing and thus I bought a new phone. Problem is that the battery died and wouldn't take a charge, so I was only able to transfer a small portion of my files to the new phone. My old phone is at a repair shop to replace the battery so it can be charged and then I can finish transferring the rest of my files. I've noticed that the S22 with 5G is much faster than my old phone which was a 4G. Looking forward to being able to fully utilize the Galaxy S22 upon completion of the transfer.

The phone came on time, was pristine, with no scratches and the battery is good.Everything worked perfectly, extremely happy. Five stars. Def will be coming back in the future when I need a new device & def will recommend to friends

Terribly. I had to return it because it was overheating while just making a phone call or running Spotify, and then when I tried to update it to try and fix the problem, it got caught in an update loop. It would update, restart, and then a few minutes later it would update again. My order also failed to include a charger, but backmarket customer service gave me a credit for that. Everything has since been worked out, with the phone on its way back to the seller., but the fact that I couldn’t get a repair or replacement sucked. I will say as rotten as this experience was, backmarket customer service agent Laura is the reason I will never purchase tech through any other site. Also it’s jacked how this rating system works. The phone was essentially a tiny heating pad but its appearance was as expected, the camera worked great for the short time I was able to use it, and the shipping went fine so the rating is bumped up to 3.2 for a functionally useless phone.

Great experience, came very quick and was budget friendly. Also super easy to go and get service on it. And to top it all off it's great quality :) very cool

The phone was not factory reset before delivery. The previous owner's account and information were still present on the device. The screen had a few minor scratches but that did not affect the device's performance.

It was very easy to find a phone model that was within my criteria and budget. I am generally pleased with the overall condition. The screen did come with a spot of scratches near the middle of the screen, but it is not very noticeable with a screen protector applied, so it ended up being OK. The rest of the phone's condition is great and it runs very well. 4.5 out of 5, very pleased.
