I love these guys. Even if I didn't buy anything, I love getting their very funny emails and looking at their very entertaining website. And I have bought two older model Galaxy phones now because we old folks don't like spending a year learning a new phone, and both have been great. No problems. I have another family member I'm trying to let me buy an iPhone for now because I really trust these people and their products and prices. I highly recommend them. I'll continue doing business with them as long as I can.

This phone arrived in very good condition, with minimal scratches. The battery lasts for a long time. Great phone, works perfectly.

Real human here, had a real emergency when my phone & laptop went down. A few days later I had a brand new to me phone @a reasonable price. & we're back in action. Quite pleased with my purchase & I will recommend & purchase more from Backmarket. Thank you.

My SIMM card doesn't work with the new Galaxy S9+ I received, though the SmartSwitch transfer seemed to go well AND, I spent an hour screwing around with your stupid customer service question loop with nothing but irritation and frustration as a result. You're lucky the first 4 or 5 phones I brought from you worked flawlessly, or I would have lit you up with a stream of negative reviews everywhere I could find to post one. Fortunately the Galaxy S9 I purchased from you a few years ago is still working. NOT a happy camper.

I sent the product to my nephew on the Philippines but I also want to talk about the 3 I phones I purchased maybe a year ago. They are all doing well. That's why I bought this again. I want to tell you that your refurbishing guys are doing their job well. So far we are very happy with my 4 purchases. 3 cell phones were sent to the Philippines. It's been over a year for the 3 first purchases. So far so good.

Back market is the place to go for your refurbished devices,I'm actually writing this with the device...the appearance is satisfactory no defects or scratches...I ordered the Excellent option, delivery time is quick,really quick. All in all I am Happy that i got my money's worth! Back market rock's!!!!!!!

This is my 3rd Galaxy S9. I’ve had iPhones and other Samsung phones. The S9 plus is my favorite. I’m happy with this purchase.
