It's great but I already wrote you an email about the faulty tray/sled. All I want is for you to send me the right double tray instead of the faulty one. I love the tablet and want to keep it and I know it was an accident that you put he faulry one in instead of the one that goes in it. So please send me the one that belongs in it. Thank you. Thats all I want.

I got a device that is years older than the device i ordered. Printed the shipping label, and on the day prior to the deadline to ship it back, tried to power it down and suspiciously enough, the screen will not respond, so i was unable to ship it, as its illegal to ship devices that are powered on (for obvious reasons). I have yet to hear back from Support regarding this newest issue. It seems the seller has a history of failing to produce the actual devices that they are contractually obligated to supply once the purchase has been completed. In laymans terms, they are committing fraud. And now i will be out the amount i paid, plus expedited shipping costs, because the unit provided doesnt shut off, nor does the screen even respond. I would sooner had taken that money and lit it on fire in the street rather than see these swindlers have it. So i basically paid $110 to be frustrated and stressed. But at least in the end i have this piece of complete gabarge that is unusable, unless i find myself in need of a doorstop or paper weight. Kudos to the continued thievery and complacency in this sellers fraudulent activities!

Arrived sooner than expected. Was not expecting the tablet to look brand new I have no issues or concerns.

I just received my Galaxy Tab and have spent the better part of the day setting it up. It arrived early and is in pristine condition. I'm very happy with the choice I made, and with the Back Market company. I added a 64 GB SD card for extra storage and that's when I discovered the storage is only 16 GB, not 32 as advertised. That was disappointing but otherwise I am happy with the product. Thanks for great service. As a side note you may want to double check on memory before sending out your electronics.
