Had my old Pixel 2 since they came out. Loved the Camera! Settled for a cheaper phone for about 85 bucks NEW Online. I was using a Mint Mobile chip, and when I plugged it in, it worked ok, but the pictures sucked. Looked back online and found BACKMARKET! Scored a Pixel 2 with 100 + Gigs for 90 bucks! Phone LOOKS AND WORKS LIKE NEW. So in reality, your "Slightly Used" IS LIKE BRAND NEW! GREAT STORE, and I will be shopping with BackMarket FIRST, for everything I'm looking for! Thanks, John

The quality of the product did not meet my expectations. I paid for this device in excellent condition knowing that it could have possible fine scratches or scuffs but guaranteed a flawless screen and be fully functional. But when I received the phone I realized the screen had dead pixels. I proceeded to contact the refurbisher and explain my situation to them, and sent the device back to have it serviced. The refurbisher then told me that since this issue does not affect how the phone operates they will not fix it and sent it right back to me. I bought this phone expecting a quality product, only to be lied to about the actual condition of the device. If a product is listed as refurbished in excellent condition the quality of the device has to meet those standards. I am disappointed with the customer service I received and I can not recommend this seller to anyone
