My Google Pixel 10 Pro came mostly charged and in very good condition. It appears to have a few scratches or dings on the lower edge which seem to be purely cosmetic. I've already covered them with a case anyway. The device seems to work flawlessly and I'm very pleased with it. I would purchase a device from BackMarket again the future.

I ordered the "excellent" version, but not "premium". I feel like I got the "premium". The phone looks brand new, and the battery was obviously replaced as the cycle count is 1! My only regret- had I realized that the standard phone is smaller than my Pixel 7 Pro I would have ordered the XL. Don't count on a new battery though, unless you order "Premium". I've ordered several phones from BackMarket. The batteries have always been pretty good, but this is the first "new".
