Could not be happier with my Backmarket experience. This is actually my second time using the site because my first experience was amazing as well. Ordered an "excellent" condition Pixel and it arrived absolutely flawless. The documentation BM emailed me made it super easy on how to back up my data and then get the new phone working. Additionally, I sent back my old phone for credit which yet again the process was super easy and without any problems at all (the money arrived exactly when they said it would). I cannot contact BM to explain that I've been trying different Bluetooth devices and I can hear ONLY THROUGH THE RIGHT EAR. At first I thought it was my ear phones, but it is all of them.
