Loving the new phone! I wasn't planning on upgrading as I'm tight on funds, but when I dropped my phone and it broke I had no choice. Going refurbished was a great way to get a serious upgrade without spending $1000 I don't have. The device had minimal signs of use. I was terrified when I first opened the box cause the screen looked ruined, but it was just dirty. After wiping it down I saw no scratches or scuffs, been using it for about 2 weeks now, and no issues. Wasn't sure if I could trust the site, but everything worked out great. I paid for the express shipping, and they somehow got the phone from CA all the way to NY in just a day. Very impressed, and so I had to leave a review. Good on you, BackMarket.

Works perfectly, honestly can't even notice any cosmetic damage so far. Everything about the phone feels like premium brand new. the battery is more or less brand new at over 92% capacity. the only thing is note to the seller. you did reset the phone but you did not take it off the beta program. Which is okay, I was already going to put it onto the beta program anyway.

Transaction flawless, quick delivery, specs are all perfect. However, I hate to be that person, but I did order Beige, and I received a Blue/Silver-ish color. It doesn't matter to me much because I ordered the Beige for the cheaper price, and the phone is in a case anyway, so I don't even notice, but accuracy of the order had to be taken into account. If I could give a 4.99 out of 5 rating, I would. Will absolutely continue to use BackMarket and I always recommended it to others.
