4.6/5Back Market does an excellent job with customer service and did a great job responding to warranty issues. I would definitely recommend them. I was impressed. Remember they are handling your transaction with a 3rd party refurbishing company. They do an excellent job at that. The only issue I had was with the refurbishment company not shipping exactly what was specified in the listing but Back Market helped and I ultimately received what I wanted. Thanks!
