The service was great, the ordering and what not. The product was golden for about two weeks but now the I Pad keeps cutting off and restarting, but i know it’s refurbished so… BUT the Back Market part was fine.

Arrived 3 days early and in perfect condition. I’m really glad it was reset so that I could easily set up my Apple ID which was one of my concerns with buying used, since I have paid apps I wanted to transfer over (art and animation apps). There’s no obvious issues with it, it has no cracks or anything, and it works like a dream. It also came charged and ready to use, along with a lightning cable which I appreciate.

Great worked out perfectly for my five year old she loves it gave it to her for a early Christmas gift they do die fast but that’s all Apple devices besides that it’s great will be purchasing again for me next

I got the Excellent model and I cannot tell it from new. Battery works just like new. I'm not an Apple guy but it seemed to set up just like new even though it was a 2018 model. Absolutely no issues.

it got here super fast !!, there was a minor tiny scratch on the back but you can't even see it that well, the IPad is fully working and great quality, there's no lag as far as I can tell, I'd recommend this for anyone on a budget, this is my first apple product, and it's definitely a great first one, I ordered mine in the condition 'fair' and it looks brand new 🫶🏻, I apologize for my bad camera quality, I didn't have a light on so my lighting isn't the best
