This is my first tablet of any kind. I have an iPhone, Mac, MacBook Pro M2, AirPods and an iPad made sense. It is fast, works phenomenally and is better than I expected! I love BackMarket and already made another purchase. Keep up the great work!

The product itself is good, but as soon as I started using it I noticed that the battery health was draining very quickly. This was surprising, since this iPad battery is supposed to last quite a while. Checked the analytics and the battery had already been run for 235 cycles. Disappointing, previously bought from Backmarket and never had issues with poor battery life.

iPad came on time. In beautiful shape. I'm using it for business purposes, and needed it because it has FaceId. I didn't need any other bells or whistles. I'm glad I was able to find a 2020 model! Thank you!

It was easy to set up. Everything seems to be working. It was in good physical shape. The battery is working fine. I don’t have any complaints. This is probably my sixth or seventh time I purchased from back market. Every time was easy and without hassle. Thank you.

I’m so in love! I originally had the very first iPad Pro (2015) model, so I was in desperate need of an upgrade. The difference between my old one and this one is like night and day. It came very well packaged to make sure it got to me safely, and even still has a screen protector on it (even through I had already bought some for it!)

This item arrived quickly and was as described. I felt it was a good price for it and was happy with the price offered for my trade-in iPad. Would recommend Back Market as opposed to buying brand new!
