Mostly satisfied, but the description for GOOD condition were not quite met by Koala Stash. The iPhone screen has a couple tiny chips (barely visible on a photo) and the body has a clearly visible dent with a sharp edge. But my case covers it. The phone has functioned properly for 30 days so I am not requesting any remedy, just wanted you to know. Thanks, I'm still a fan.

Sent phone that was advertised “locked through AT&T” this phone was NOT locked through AT&T and cannot be unlocked. Appears to be locked by a third party using T-Mobile towers, but T-Mobile said must be unlocked by original owner, so this phone is 100% useless to anyone, do not buy, stick to unlocked phones

Love love love this phone! In part because my last iphone battery was old and only had 2hours before it died and always had to be plugged into charger. This iphone 12 mini is great, very very pleased!! Also pleased I could sell my old iphone back to offset the cost of the newer one. Iphone 12 mini is compact, thin, has a great camera-fits in my girly pockets-love it!

I will admit that I was a little skeptical at first when purchasing this phone from Back market, but I was very pleased when it arrived. It even came a day earlier. I bought it at “good” condition, which it definitely was the epitome of good from what they described, but after cleaning it thoroughly, it looked brand new! It even came with a wall charger and charging cable. It has not given me any issues, the battery life is really good, and it’s just an overall a great phone. I am very satisfied and recommend anyone that is looking for a used/refurbished phone, check out Back market!

Super fast shipping ordered Monday and got Wednesday and I’m in California and they sent from North Carolina. Basically got here in under 72 hours and I used normal shipping. Phone is exactly what I expected. I would definitely recommend cellular resource over any other company I just placed order with other company and I paid $30 for fast shipping and it’s been 2 days and still hasn’t shipped cellular resource had it out within 3 hours of me ordering!!

I received the phone in less than a week which was a plus. The phone came in super great condition no scratches or anything and battery health at 100% (I got excellent condition btw). I was skeptical at first but this definitely exceeded my expectations. I would recommend.
