The IPhone 12 Pro Max I order came in perfect condition even though I ordered good model and has been working perfectly fine up until a recent Apple update 17.3. I was skeptical when I first purchased but I will be a returning buyer in the future. I am very happy with my purchase:

The phone got here in good condition with a good deal of battery charge. However, the charge cable that came with the phone did not fit the phone. Luckily, I had a charging cable that worked for the new phone.

Second purchase from thos conpany, and it’s amazing. I recently purchased a 12 Pro Max in “good” condition, and what I received was more than just “good” condition. The quality is amazing, there’s no wear or tear on the phone, and it does not look used whatsoever. Adding on, Back Market is an amazing company, and I definitely recommend this conpany of you’re looking to buy a device that you desire.

Love the phone. No scratches and so far it works perfectly. The only thing I could even complain about is the battery life. It is 84%. I was hoping for 90 or more. But other than that it’s just fine.

I am little disappointed on this purchase. Normally, all my purchases are met with happy face. I am assuming that is what refurbishing means. The phone did not recognize neither the screen nor the battery.

I accidentally shot my old iPhone, so take my review with a grain of salt. That said, I'm super happy with my purchase. iPhone 12 Pro Max is easily the best iPhone i've owned to date and runs competitively with anything else out there. My pohone came quickly (ordered it on Thursday night/Friday morning and received it on Monday afternoon. The quality of the iPhone was perfect, no signs of use and basically looked brand new outside of the box it came in. I've also been using it for about a month and haven't had a single issue now. Great purchase! 10 of 10 would come back again! I'm going to use Back Market for all my consumer electronic needs
