Phone was in fair condition with 98% battery health and only a few minor scratches on the screen. Very good condition for fair. Although I was unable to transfer my data from my iphone 12 for over a day because this phone wouldn’t load. I spent HOURS trying to fix it and it would just sit there loading on the software update screen. But I tried a different method of transferring used an icloud backup instead of transferring it directly. This worked but it was very annoying setting up this phone but other than that it was perfect.

I bought a good condition iPhone 13 and it seems to have full functionality with an 88% battery health. However, there are very noticeable scratches and dents on the body close to the face.

In perfect condition, great battery life, I'm really happy with this purchase!! Much cheaper than getting a refurbished phone from Apple/doing their trade-in program.

Got a great deal on this phone, I'm very happy with it. Shipped very fast and it came in great condition, ready to go, and even with the battery charged. Battery health is at 88%. It said "good" condition, but this thing literally looks brand new. I don't see any scratches or dents or anything! :)

Bought this for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift and she loves it!! There were a few little scuffs on the side of the phone but nothing to major and something a case could cover up!! It works well and the battery percentage is at 86%. To top it all off it came in its original box. For the price and the condition I got the phone in I think it was well worth the money!!!

Quick and easy, very satisfied. Used Gazelle in the past, their customer service was horrible. Will use Back Market from now on.
