BUYERS BEWARE: This phone arrived in the wrong color and broken (ear speaker not working). BackMarket cannot/will not sell me a replacement at the original purchase price. They will not reimburse for local repair. The only remedy offered is to transfer my data back to my old broken phone and ship this broken phone back for replacement. Huge inconvenience for a problem I did not cause.
