Been wanting a new iPhone for a while but refused to pay att prices for one and will not do the installment to make my phone bill any higher than it already is. Seen an ad for back market a while ago and thought it was a ruse. After a little research I was still a little scared but read the return policy and warranty and thought ok this may be my best option. Well thank goodness I did. Got it in and went straight to ATT to have everything switched over before even opening the package. The first thing the associate asked was where did I get it. Told her and she gave me an off look but I proceeded to open the outside package it came in. To my surprise and hers the iPhone was in its original box never opened. She checked everything on it and confirmed it had never been used. Has 100% battery etc. everything a new one should have. Even came with all the free trail offers it would as if you bought it store. I am truly impressed. Will be ordering again for my husband and going forward. Highly recommend this site.

So far I’m happy with my purchase. I checked everything I knew to check on a refurbished iPhone, and as far as I can tell it checked out well. The only thing I was concerned with was the sound of the ring (same ring tone as my old iPhone), and the sound quality when talking with someone. Other people did not seem to think it sounded funny, so perhaps it was just me too closely comparing my old one with the new one. I tend to keep things a long time so I was pretty attached to the sound of my old iPhone 6S! There were no scratches or signs of wear at all. So I believe I am very happy with this choice.
