TLDR - This iPhone 14 pro came in PERFECT condition, as If it was brand new. And shipping was so fast it arrived the next day. I was in the market to upgrade from my 13 mini, and I was deciding between a new 15 pro and a 14 pro. Given I felt the differences between the two were not compelling, I decided to look in the open market for a refurbished 14 pro that was well priced. Once I did my research, I was convinced to take this deal on Backmarket, but I needed to see it in person to be fully convinced. Once I received it, I fully tested out the phone, including a diagnostic test that proved the phone was 100% original parts and at 100% battery health. Excellent means Excellent! In addition, Backmarket offered a fantastic trade in deal for my iPhone 13 mini, beating Apple's trade in offer by a healthy margin. I'd be happy to do business again with Backmarket!

I ordered this iPhone 14 pro with high expectations, seeing how thorough Back Market markets itself. I got the phone quickly which was nice, but it had been refurbished in a way that I could not use any form of sim or esim. So I had to return the phone to the seller. Back Market uses air shipping for getting the phone to you, but ground when returning to the seller, so it took over a week to get to the seller. Then they couldn't fix the issue and just refunded me so it felt like a big waste of time. I am glad it was easy to be refunded, but they should have properly screened these so they work with eSIMs, so I don't think I'll be purchasing from here again. Reddit said that SWAPPA is much better for buying refurbished phones.

Have just started using it and seems nice working on all fronts as stated. did have one small fine scratch on the screen but hardly noticeable. I surely understand on that as it is refurbished. So quite happy with it and hopefully will never need to utilize the 12 months warranty. Yes must say when it is said excellent ithey mean excellent

I was skeptical about the quality of the iPhone when I ordered it but to my surprise it turned out to be a super amazing product. There were no visible scratches on the phone and the battery life was 92%. It looks almost as good as a new phone and most of my friends who saw the phone could not tell the difference if it's a new phone or a refurbished one. I would highly recommend it. If you are skeptical like me, just close your eyes and place the order. No need to worry about anything.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I was very impressed with this item. I’ve only had it three days and so far everything is going well! At first when booting the phone up, I got to the part where you transfer all your data from your previous phone to the new one, it kept having me reset the phone and start all over again because the amount of storage wasn’t enough to accommodate all my data. Unfortunately at that point you just have to set everything up manually, redownload apps, music, photos, etc. Setting up cellular with my provider was challenging as well because in the ‘About’ page in Settings said that the carrier lock was iPhone 54.04 or something to that effect, and automatically assumed the worst. Since I’ve heard rumors of back market being scammers. But it’s actually just the carrier you have, when you have no E-SIM registered then it’s not going to have a carriers name. At some point I input my IMEI to the T-Mobile BYOD site and it said something about it perhaps not being an unlocked phone so that gave me even more concern for this situation I got myself in.
