    Selling phones that are stolen or advertised to be for one company when it’s really locked to an unknown phone company. I’ve gotten a phone from Back market before with no problem but this time I faced a case of false advertisement. Phone had nothing to do with Verizon and yes I did put gas in my car and drive to the nearest Verizon and waste my hours and gas. They remedied by processing a refund with I still had to pay for shipping at UPS so not only could I not use the phone I preferred over this busted phone I’m currently on but I had to let it go and come out of pocket $5 that’s not included in the refund. Thanks.
