Phone came in great condition! No dents, scratches, cracks, or otherwise. I purchased the good option but it came in looking brand new and arrived earlier than what was expected. Only issue was I purchased with the intent to unlock it later on when I changed carriers but was not able to even put in my sim card because the phone was not paid off by the previous owner and AT&T can’t do anything until it is paid off.

I have had reason to purchase many items from Back Market because not only do I use them for our family but also purchase them for young people in Africa. The items I have purchased have worked well and were received as advertised. The iPhone 15 Por Max I purchased for myself has been great. It was of the “excellent “ category and it is living up to that level so far. I have had it less than a month but all is well. I highly recommend this reseller for it quick and reliable service.

The phone has been as good as new and I got it quicker than I was expecting. The packaging for the phone didn’t seem as thick as I would expect for such a large purchase but the phone did not get damaged in transit. Overall I’m very pleased I went through Backmarket probably saved me $400 and the phone works great and the battery life is at 100%

phone was reported stolen and we are unable to use because phone is "black listed " with carrier. been using back market for years now. but these last 2 phone I ordered had the same issue. Back market needs to do better about making sure they are not selling stolen phones
