I clicked on 4 out of 5. I didn't click on 5 because I am not a website power user and I know even less about buying a cell phone. So I was clicking around in a befuddled state only due to my own shortcomings. I feel bad that I can't honestly give a 5. The website and information was plentiful and spot on. The emails that I received at every step of the way, with a pinch of humor, were very nice. I was kept aware of everything. Including to "be ready today" because my delivery was expected...and was made. The phone itself is perfect. It is claimed that it has been refurbished. They may be not telling the truth.
