I received my iPhone X today and to say I am upset and heartbroken would be a understatement. Upon opening my "New to Me" iPhone I couldn't believe just how nice this phone was. It looked absolutely brand new like it had just been taken out of the Apple Store. Unfortunately my joy was short lived once I started the setup process and noticed the Maximum Battery Capacity was at 73%. I'm not sure how such a low maximum battery capacity could get past the refurbishers especially if these products go through such rigorous testing. I reach out to Back Market's customer service team who was very helpful walking me through the return process. Hopefully the supplier will ship me out a another nice phone which actually works this time. Unfortunately I am back without a phone while I wait on the return process. I will update my review once I receive my replacement phone.

Even though the iPhone X I received had a "Maximum Battery Capacity" of 84% I would have to say the phone looked great. I ordered the phone in "Excellent" condition and that is exactly the way I received it. Unfortunately though the iPhone I received had a past due bill associated with it which I don't blame Back Market for. Back Market has been there for me on both of my transactions and help me along the way. I won't hesitate to place another order with them as soon as I find something I like.

I bought the item around October 2023. First of all, within the span of about 4 -5 months, the screen started to fall out of its bracket. Like the side pieces and everything was still attached to the phone but the screen itself was coming off. Second thing is the battery. When I opened the phone, I discovered the battery wasn't even OEM. Now I would usually be fine but the thing is my battery only lasts about 3 hours from full charge to dead. It also takes me about 2 hours just for the phone to charge to 80%. All while the battery capacity is "100%". Very dissatisfied. One more thing. The battery cant even run maps while charging because it gets very hot. If you want to charge, you cant even use it or else its just gonna overheat. Even my iPhone 8 performed better than this phone. Also the camera lens or something I'm assumed was replaced because it lacks color compared to my other family member's iphone x cameras

Super stoked with the appearance of the AT&T capable iPhone X. Great appearance, looked almost brand new! It immediately showed 20% battery warning. Not unexpected. Let it fully discharge (very quickly I might add) plugged it in, let it fully recharge to 100%. I thought something must be wrong when less than 2hours later the 20% battery warning reappeared. Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Max. Capacity 51%. I contacted BuyBackWorld customer service. They told me to contact Back Market customer service. I miss the old Back Market.
