Bought for my son and we are super satisfied!

No problems with the phone, it came in great condition with very few micro-scratches in the screen. They are unnoticeable in day-to-day use. The rest of the phone is in like new condition, and the replacement battery lasts a long time. I am very satisfied with this phone!

I was a little nervous ordering a used phone from a website. I’m so glad I did. I decided to go with the iPhone XS in “fair condition” since I use a case anyway. I honestly could not find even the tiniest scratch on the screen or body of the phone! The battery doesn’t seem to last quite as long as I’m used to but that’s to be expected with an older phone. Battery degraded from 100% to 76% in less than 12 months, yet my warranty claim for this problem was not honored. I was told that batteries are only covered for 6 months even though warranty exclusions on a Back Market webpage and a warranty document on the webpage say nothing about this.
