I am very happy with the service I have received. The website could use some tweaking to make it more user friendly; in my opinion. Example: going through the filters and making all of the selections seems to be a waster when each time I choose a laptop to view - then try to click back I have to start the whole filtering process again 😩. There have been occasions where I have been able to go back by clicking on an arrow above the choice however most times it’s not available. The laptop itself is fine. It’s just not what I was hoping for and definitely not the right laptop for me at this stage in my life. By eyes are not too bad now but they are progressively getting weaker. Although I like the new laptop I think I want to return it for something different. I didn’t realize how much of a difference going from a 15 inch down to a 14 inch would make. Unfortunately it’s difficult for me to see in dim lighting, also I have to zoom in so much I am not able to see the whole page. Sorry, Beverly Schueren Please advise how I should proceed. I bought an extended warranty for this. Is it possible to simply convert that warranty to whatever I end up buying? There’s no advice for that.
