    I ordered a "good" condition but received an excellent laptop. It was practically brand new. I'm very happy with my order. Fast delivery. Perfect cosmetics, as good as brand new (no scratches or wear and tear. Even the ports are super clean). Specs: The specs mentioned on the website are not totally accurate. The laptop I received was even better than what was mentioned (e.g. I had Bluetooth, backlit keyboard, etc.). Finally, I must say that the keyboard quality was amazing. Good battery life (about 4 hours of heavy use and 10 hours of light use). Problems: None so far.
