    I already bought a lot stuffs from back market and I love. I saved a lot and the electronics work very good. The MacBook is good and works for what I need. After I discovered this site I don’t spend money in new things, because everything that I bought in the back market in the end was new and good.

    The macbook came in good condition but literally could not connect to wifi to save my life! The wifi option was completely turned off and wouldn’t turn on everytime i pressed it! i tried every youtube video in the book and it just wouldn’t work. It was so frustrating so i had to return it back. It sucks that i have to write a bad review for this place because the first purchase i had made was for an ipad and it’s still working to this day.

    The item arrived a day later than they estimated, which is not the companies fault just something to note. It was packaged adequately with lots of bubble wrap and in the appropriate sized box. The computer was as described, no major flaws on its body. However it was sent without an appropriate charging cord. When I reached out to customer service I was told they could not send me the right charger but could offer me a $30 credit on my account. When I expressed my displeasure with that solution and pointed out that I only had a 30 day return window and I would like to test my device their solution was to offer me a 5% off code. Additionally the computer arrived with old software and I had to go through updating it. Would I purchase again? Probably. It's a cheap item that, so far, seems to do the job. But I am very unimpressed with the customer service solution especially waiting 3 days to get back to me after I pointed out I only had a 30 day window in which to test the item.
