5/5Like many, I was hesitant about buying a refurb sight unseen. I looked around the site and debated for about a year before I decided to take the plunge. Well let me tell you, I was blown away!! I got timely reminders about the status of my order and my MacBook arrived very quickly and well boxed! It looked brand new out of the box and was spotless. I got a Mac power cord (not a knockoff). Transferring my stuff over was a breeze and this thing works great!! I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience with the seller and the site. Not only will I be coming back, but I’ve told just about everyone I know who will listen to check out Backmarket—they won’t be disappointed.
