I haven't had a Macbook in the last so years. Almost four years of using a Macbook, this purchase was the best ever, especially for a refurbished company. I can't imagine the last time I felt genuine relief and joy, especially using Amazon and being dirt poor. Thank you, Back Market, for this opportunity in feeling alive again!

I’m super happy with my purchase and the decision to take the risk and buying this refurbished laptop. I’ve owned two other refurbished MacBooks bought at a much higher cost and honestly this cheap one is in just as great condition as the more expensive ones. I ordered “fair” quality and it’s actually quite excellent. There’s one small dent and hardly any noticeable scratches if any at all. Highly recommend over purchasing brand new, save your money and reduce, reuse, recycle!

If your SKEPTICAL listen to this … I always order from Back Market for they are SO TRUSTWORTHY & NEVER fail to disappoint.. But this time I went to a different website because I wanted to save ONLY a couple dollars… BAD MISTAKE my computer came in scratched up! I knew I should have stayed with back market so I returned it and order the same one from here..and baby. NO SCRATCHES even though it’s “fair” condition, It looks brand new. I love how much back market takes its products serious. I’m telling you they are the only ones who actually do great inspections on there refurbished products. 10/10!!!

Got my 2017 MacBook Pro from Ed Tech and it is in wonderful condition. Purchased the “fair” condition because I just needed it for work. Extremely satisfied. Will be coming back for any of my tech needs, especially if I can get it from this vendor. 10/10

Very happy with my MacBook Pro. Exactly as described. Looks like new! Had a mid-2012 MacBook Pro that i bought used from a private party so no warranty but i got 8 years of good use out of it. Definitely needed to replace right away and had so many choices within my budget from Backmarket. Even arrived sooner than expected. Next up a replacement for my husband’s MacMini.
