I'm impressed with the quality of my MacBook Pro and how fast I received it. The laptop was well protected while being shipped in high quality "bubble wrap". When i first received the laptop i was happy to see that it came with a protector for the outer shells of the laptop. I took them off to examine the laptop and was happy to find no significant scratches, scuffs, or damage. All the keys work properly and none seem to stick or be faulty. I love my “new” MacBook! For the price I paid and in the time I got it, I got my moneys worth. There were a few scratches- but that typically comes with fair condition refurbished tech so no biggie. There have been small issues with the battery. Sometimes the screen will flash on and off then say it’s dying at 1% even though it was at say 76%, although it does turn back on to its original charge percent after plugging it in. The service recommended icon did pop up about 2 months after I purchased it. With that being said, it still holds a charge and charges quickly enough. I’ve bought from back market before and i have always been impressed with the quality of the products they sell. Yet another great purchase from BackMarket. I have found over several purchases that you can really trust BackMarket and the Apple refurbished products they sell. Only thing I had to do was upgrade to the latest MacOS which is very easy. I saved a lot of money with BackMarket and have a great laptop too. Highly recommended. Everything from searching for laptop options with great sorting features to fit exactly what I want, to the hilarious quirky statements throughout the website, to the delivery process has been exceptional and an absolute delight. I was hesitant to purchase a used laptop, but the product I received turned out to be in perfect condition for a really great price. If you’re on the fence with making this kind of purchase, do it. whoa this laptop is so great, why would I ever buy brand new again? Works perfectly great and looks brand new. Everything works great, I've already told 4 or 5 of my friends about Back Market. Anything else I want... I'm for sure getting from here. 11 days trying it and I just love it. I ordered a fair condition Macbook Pro 2017 and I cannot believe how good I looks and performs. despite it is a fair condition MacBook, dents and scratches are barely noticeable, like you cannot tell there is any until you look up really close to find any. battery is in normal conditions and holds charge for around 4 to 5 hours working with web apps and daws.
