2.2/5This product was listed to have a touch toolbar & it did not have this feature. When I sent it back the seller just refunded my money instead of sending back what I originally purchased. This seller has given me a huge inconvenience. I would not recommend.

2.6/5I purchased this computer in December, and it immediately started having problems. I called to check on it, and I found out that the battery was very very very old. I have to work on it plugged in. It doesn't stay charged for more than an hour. I reached out to customer service, and they were fine and initiated a fix, but the fix takes 5 business days. I do all my work on my laptop, so I can't be without a computer for 5 days. It shouldn't have come with a bad battery in the first place. Also the fan makes a noise like an airplane taking off. I don't understand how I could get such a bad computer sent to me.

4/5The trackpad is very sensitive. The cursor sometimes activates buttons as it passes over them. Working with preferences did not solve the problem. The click on the pad is very small compared to my 2013. Any suggestions. The rest of the machine is great. I can't believe this was rated (fair). I found one small scratch.
