    I purchased this computer in December, and it immediately started having problems. I called to check on it, and I found out that the battery was very very very old. I have to work on it plugged in. It doesn't stay charged for more than an hour. I reached out to customer service, and they were fine and initiated a fix, but the fix takes 5 business days. I do all my work on my laptop, so I can't be without a computer for 5 days. It shouldn't have come with a bad battery in the first place. Also the fan makes a noise like an airplane taking off. I don't understand how I could get such a bad computer sent to me.

    This product was listed to have a touch toolbar & it did not have this feature. When I sent it back the seller just refunded my money instead of sending back what I originally purchased. This seller has given me a huge inconvenience. I would not recommend.
