The Macbook Pro looks great and performs great. I did not know what to expect as I have never purchased refurbished before. To date I am completely satisfied. Thank you! I have had the Mac for a little over two weeks and it has performed wonderfully. It is quickly becoming my go too computer.

VERY happy with what I received! Night and day difference, I had previously bought a Macbook Pro 2017 15" and it was terrible, but I gave it another shot and bought from the same refurbisher...and the MacBook Pro 2017 15" I got is sooooo much better! I got it in "good" condition and this laptop looks like it is in excellent condition. I even checked the battery's health and it has a new battery in it, 1 battery cycle, also there are very very minor scratches and it's not even noticeable. I am VERY happy that I got this laptop from Back Market and Omaha Blue. Also, shipping was crazy fast, 2 business days in rural Idaho!

I ordered this Macbook in good condition. Once opened it looked good. There are a few small scratches on the front. Nothing to major though. I was able to set everything up. Nothing is wrong with the screen. I have a slight issue pressing the "h" key. I have to press it a few times. So far no other issue. It arrived one day early. And overall im happy with my purchase, ill do an update from 1-2 weeks from now. And btw the speakers and mic work perfectly fine. Keep in mind though, how my Macbook came might not be how yours will come. The charger i was given didn't work though. So be prepared to buy your own charger. I ordered on it on the 11th and received it on the 16th.

My 2017 MacBook came a day earlier than expected and arrive in perfect condition. It looks like new other than a few scratches but they aren’t even noticeable. The system is fast and the setup was so easy. If you’re thinking about buying GO FOR IT! Bought it for school and was the best decision I’ve made for a laptop for school.

Performance is great. Condition is good as expected. Clean and fully functional. Battery is horrid. Doing any work on it depletes it within two hours. Upon arrival 350 cycles. But seems to be depleting under normal conditions harshly.
