i dont even know where to begin with this. a nearly $600 laptop that stopped working not even 15 minutes out of the box. it restarted 20 times in the first hour. couldnt do anything as simple as logging into a website. could barely even type my password most of the time. the left shift didnt work at all, either, and the haptic touch for the track pad completely disables the trackpads functionality. i was so disappointed to get this after waiting an entire month to afford it and for it to arrive. i made the mistake of ordeing another laptop right after (which will be returned before i ever open it), but i now know that backmarket is NOT A RECOMMENDED OR APPROVED VENDOR FOR REFURBISHED MACBOOKS. the batteries they use do not meet apple standard. you should buy from reputable vendors. dont waste your money, your time, or your tears. because thats what i did. spent a whole week crying because of this ripoff.
