2nd time I am ordering an AZERTY keyboard (I am French) and 2nd time I receive a QWERTY from 2 different suppliers through backmarket. You guys at Backmarket need to confirm twice with your suppliers for those specific information for the catalog to be accurate for your customers. This time, I decided to keep it but not happy with the service.
