I love my laptop sooooo much! It came with very little damage. Some smudges that are permanent but that’s about it. The laptop is in amazing condition, battery dies a little faster than I would hope (not extremely fast) but the power mode is very effective and also the year this laptop was released was about five years ago so it’s normal! But it a very good product and behaves like new. Shipping was also fast, efficient and packed against any damage that transit may have caused. Great investment! Thank you!

Device is in perfect condition as advertised, except for the keyboard. Some of the letters are worn-off of the keyboard. Other than that, this MacBook Pro is in great shape!

While the quality of the product from a cosmetic point of view is great, the specs did not match what was advertised. I paid for a MacBook Pro that has an i7 3.1 GHZ processor, and received one with 2.8 GHZ. Seems there is no way to contact the seller about this and the return process seems to be 7-10 days. Smh I either need a partial refund or a complete replacement, (provided that its available).
