Was wrapped well and careful and arrived quickly. So far it's been working well and is definitely an upgrade from what I've been using. It's in good condition and was ready to boot up upon arrival. I am happy overall with my MacBook. There have been little glitches. Nothing that has been to crazy thought and the letters are a little messed up, but it has been great for the price.
