This laptop arrived in fantastic condition AND with an older operating system (OS 13). I really appreciate the option to upgrade. Honestly I don’t think I will buy new Apple products anymore. BackMarket deals are too good and all the refurbished stuff I’ve bought (MacBook Pro & iPhone 14 Pro) is in near-new condition. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered a "Good" quality item and got something that was barely discernible from new. Loved what I got. Was very happy. But there was a problem. Not something I would expect a reseller to catch. Seemingly at random, the video would fail and the system would freeze and crash reporting that WindowManager was failing to report to the watcher. If you know anything about this you probably realize that the error reported is not the actual issue. My best guess was a logic board issue. The thing is I reported this to support and they were incredibly helpful and thorough. Within a week I had a new Macbook in the same, indiscernible-from-new-condition, that does not have the same issue. I'm extremely happy because I feel like I can confidently buy from Back Market knowing that I'm going to get a good product and if I don't, that's going to be rectified. Another thing to note that boosts my buying confidence is that the first MBP I bought I had 1 battery cycle and the replacement had 6. Generally the limit is 1000 so this was an indicator that either the products were truly newer refurbs or the batteries are replaced as a part of the refurbishment process (this would be my guess...

After few weeks of contemplation, I made up my mind and purchased MacBook Pro retina (15”), I was blown away. I love it honestly. I will say go ahead if you want to purchase from this site. You will not regret spending your money 💴.

This is my first experience of buying a refurbished or used device. It meets all the stated indicators. The only complaint is that the battery's autonomy is already quite weak, the charge lasts an average of 4 hours with intensive work. And so, in general, I am very happy with the purchase. I advise you despite the fact that there are quite a lot of contradictory comments on the "Back Market" on the web.

The laptop is in good working order, and good condition, but I must say that I am disappointed already by the battery life. It depletes quickly, but the Battery Health Status states that it is "Normal" which is why I suppose it meets refurbish standards. It's not hard to see that I'm going to need to make sure I'm always near a power source even if I'm on the go, and that I'm going to have to make time for the battery to be replaced if I am to actually travel with the laptop (my intended purpose), because otherwise, it just won't last as well as I need it to or as well as I know these computers do when in top shape.
