Surface Pro 7 arrived and it was the model with 8gb of ram as opposed to 16gb which is the one I ordered. The only option I have is to return the devices for a refund which I can't do because I need it and returning it to would take a couple days ordering, then waiting for the refund, then ordering a new one, delivery time etc. it's frustrating but it is what it is I guess.

Well, the delivery went swell. The only thing is, that this computer only has 8GB of RAM, and not the 16GB like advertised. Although, I'm not sure it's even worse the hassle to return it. Regardless.. be careful, and do extensive research before you buy!
