The device condition was always good, I had two laptops sent to me by this refurbishing company. They sent it to me the first time and it was black with an incompatible charger, not like the pictures or item description. I sent it back and when I received the new laptop, it wasn’t 13” like it says in the title of this item but instead 15”. I wanted a smaller laptop because I commute often. But I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it a second time because it is a long process. Just be careful ordering from this listing.
