Failed to ship all the contents and the. Asked me to buy it instead of admitting it was an error on their part. They show picture of the keyboard… oh wait … that is not included. They also so the pencil … oh wait, that too is not included. They charge more than other people for the same computer that do t show those items. So the picture and the price make you assume that they are included. When I asked them they said too bad, read the fine print “three clicks in” That is BS. I returned everything.
