tldr: phone works well, but is not compatible with networks it should be considering some off the promotions offered by Back Market and the fact Visible specifically recommends buying the phone from Back Market. also shipping was FedEx only and they really messed up. By itself the phone is really nice and in awesome condition. my experience ordering however was misleading. I was referred to Back Market by Visible since my current phone wouldn't work with their service. I double checked that the phone I ordered not only said it was unlocked and would work with the local towers, but also that it offered a discount for setting it up on the visible service network when I received the phone and tried to set it up it turns out it won't work on their network even though it is fully unlocked and not blacklisted. I ordered it in plenty of time to have been able to set it up on the new service with my current phone number but since it was inexplicably not compatible I had to spend extra money to prolong my service so I wouldn't lose my phone number. Luckily, the phone works wonderfully on US Mobile. shipping was a nightmare. only offering shipping by FedEx and not only did they deliver ...

I bought two Motorola phones which were all good. but the was one without a sim slot reader. I was traveling so couldn't just return it. the phones are in good condition but without a sim reader how do I use that.
