Purchased a phone a couple of days ago and it arrived today. However, I received the wrong model and color of the ordered item. I received a Motorola Razr 2024 (Koala Grey) instead of a Motorola Razr+ 2024 (Peach Fuzz). Really disappointed, was looking forward to a new (to me) phone. I just requested a refund, submitted pictures, and will be shipping the received item back ASAP (this process has been going smoothly so far). Although this seems like an awesome platform, this experience really makes me not want to try this kind of service again. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone. Best of luck to everyone out there using BackMarket.
