The great: This is the third Moto One 5g that I've ordered and all are in better condition than advertised. The good: This one included an Apple charging cord. (I needed to get one for a side project.) The bad: Weeks later, Motorola has not provided the bootloader unlock code. Since I cannot install LineageOS, the device is unusable. Hey Moto, wake up! Back Market makes it easy to switch to Samsung.

Came right on time. Was listed as Good condition but, I was not able to find a single scratch. Phone works as it should with no problems. Actually the phone I received has 3 months of the original factory warranty still in effect. Very satisfied

I got one problem with the phone when people call they can't hear me I got to put the speakerphone on for them to hear me other than that this one is perfect will we fix this you have to return this I need this fixed I can't just have the phone speaker see here the person my number is 425-45-4529 thank you appreciate it if you get fixed tell me what to do

The phone looks and operates perfectly. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Very fast and reliable shipping. My only suggestion would be to consider offering buyers a choice between UPS and Fedex because some people have problems getting packages delivered by one company or the other. Great phone at a great price though!!!

The phone was everything I could've asked for. I bought in fair condition and the phone looked and came looking brand new. I had the phone two days and was getting out of the car when the phone fell out of my pocket and smashed the screen. Now I'm told I can't get any help fixing the screen and I'm out two hundred bucks. I'm so frustrated I have no idea what to do or where to even go to get this fixed. I'm told warranty doesn't cover this. What does the warranty cover than. I only had the phone two days and I love it. I had to order a screen protector and case and of course it came the day after. Just my luck. This is a great sight. Just don't screw up your phone right away or your screwed outta your money back or getting help getting it fixed. Hell I'll pay to fix the screen just fix it. It was an accident and I had no control over the issue. I will definitely order another phone ay some point. But make sure you have a case as n do screen protector when the phone arrives. This sucks and I'm heartbroken for real.
