So far so good! With the exception of me dropping it the day after I got it. 🥺The face is really messed up. No fault of Back Market or it's techs. The phone has still proven to be a reliable good phone. I'm very happy with my purchase and cannot imagine going anywhere else in the future. Back Market should have promotional task like referrals for existing customers to get new customers on board. With or without the promotions it is a wonderful common sense company. You do not see integrity, value , and quality these days with companies , especially online..But for sure someone very smart and someone I would take seriously has wisely recruited the " best of the best" phone repairmen (techs) with pride and respect for their work that do just as good of a job repairing phones, and executes all of it very quickly just good as Back Market does their job.
