Very happy with order, this is my second purchase, my teenagers love the phone and stylus works great for their drawings. Shipping was fast and phones were in great shape. I'll be getting another one for my granddaughter.

When the phone arrived and opened packaging, was surprised. I thought I had ordered moto g 5g but I received a moto g stylus 5g. Previous phone had the stylus. Stylus is very fragile, was not always retrievable, easy to misplace and ultimately fell apart. It's benefits I considered like the bells n whistles on a refrigerator. Fine. Possible I misread given the sheer # of phones. I'll own this one. Wanted unlocked. But attempts to hook up with T-Mobile (previous carrier) was disappointing. In the about section was the word Tracfone. And the conflicts haven't stopped since. If purchasing an unlocked phone may not open doors like you would. Advertising and selling a product that does not perform as expected is....lazy approached to preparing the customer what they and will experience. If what I hear is true, choosing unlocked over locked or vice versa is a discussion about have bought a phone properly set-up to work as it is advertised and or purchase a locked phone, implying the customer is going back to their old carrier.

Perfect working and cosmetic condition, however I'm not a super critical person, if I buy something used I'm not going to go searching for something to complain about. It was a fair price, for a great "new to me" phone, that actually to me looks and functions brand-spanking new. Very pleased!!
