Ordered an Unlocked Verizon phone and got an Unlocked Verizon phone! (/sarcasm because my previous Unlocked Verizon Note 10 order got me an Unlocked AT&T Note 10 which hated staying on Verizon's towers and lost my much needed wi-fi calling at work). Note 20 arrived quickly, in excellent condition, as described. Unfortunately, it arrived with only 4% battery life, so I had to charge it up right away. Came with a USB Type A charger with a USB Type A to USB type C cable. Would have been nice to have a USB C to USB C cable and charger, but oh well. Transferred my data from my Note 10 with no issues, pulled the sim and installed in the Note20 and I was up and running in an hour. Thanks! Very pleased!

The screen has a small crack at the bottom. I took 2 pictures of it dated 12/24/2022 & was going to return it. It was to be given as a Christmas gift. She decided to keep it but now has second thoughts. She's unsure if the crack will become larger as time passes. She would like to choose a different phone. I realize that it should've been returned within 3 days but it is under 2 weeks at this time.
