Love the Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra. However, the charging port is slightly going lose right out of the box as soon as I plugged it in, I noticed that the port connection wasn't great cause it cutting on and off regardless of which Samsung charger I used. I have a Samsung galaxy S23 ultra and a Samsung Z Fold 5 Ultra, so I tried the charging cord from each to see if I had a bad cord, but it wasn't the cord at all. Also, my order was shipped by FEDEX and in the Houston, TX area...they are the worst. Sitting in my home and received a text saying I was the stop. Waiting patiently in anticipation for the delivery...ten minutes later, received a second text stating "undeliverable, no one home" when they never knocked on my door. I have lived at this address for ten years and three different times over this period of time, FEDEX cannot find my door. but Amazon delivered at the same time without a problem. I had to go find the FEDEX driver just to get my package...cause if the driver couldn't find my apartment the first time, he wouldn't have found it on the next delivery day either and it would have been returned to Back Market...not going to happen anymore.

The phone was in excellent condition except it would not connect with my service and the tech at my carrier insisted it was listed as a locked device to AT&T which was giving me all sorts of issues. I switched carriers because while troubleshooting with BackMarket for a warranty replacement, the device dropped and cracked the screen and they informed me I would now have to make a claim with Asurion instead. the phone should have been replaced when I originally informed Back market that I did not receive what I ordered, but here I am still trying to get a replacement. A total mess.

Recievd the samsung 20 Note ultra (white) upon receipt the condition over looked good besides a couple minor small scratches. Everything was working good, set up easy except 1 important thing the Pen wasn't working on the screen 😑 it connected via blue tooth but was kindve jumping screen to screen when you pushed the button on the pen.. Everytime the pen touched the phone screen it wasn't reconized,so i attempted to reset the pen and still nothing. I ordered a new replacement pen as well as New Tips but the new pen was not reconized upon touch.. so overall that was the main reason I got the phone and now have to send back and hope nothing else goes wrong and this can be fixed.
