I was pleasantly surprised by my experience shopping with Back Market. I had read some reviews on TrustPilot and was a bit afraid since I have never done business with Back Market but my fear was unwarranted. I picked out an "Very Good Condition" fully unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G and paid for expedited shipping. It came in time for my trip and was indeed in excellent condition, really like new except for a few marks along the bottom of the phone, which are not noticeable at all. I received my Samsung Note 20 Ultra and it works great! I have it about a week. The appearance is like new. There was a small scratch on the lower back/side of phone, and the battery was not charged. Charged the phone and the battery works great. Battery lasts a long time compared to my note 8. Otherwise, great phone. Very happy and pleased with purchase. overall i love my new phone the only complaint i have is the resolution isn't as bright as i thght. im used to samsungs having those bright hi def colors that almost blind you lol. Absolutely love the phone. I received my Samsung Note 20 Ultra in pristine condition. It was packaged nicely along with a fast charging charger and a key that allows to me open and put in my Sim card. Very easy to start up and within a matter of 2 - 3 hours I had everything completely transferred from my old phone and working so much faster. I was impressed with the note 20 Ultra. I thought the deal was too good to be true but it wasn't. Its perfect visually. the only thing I have a complaint about is the s pen won't connect to the phone so I can't use air actions.
