Galaxy S10+ 128GB - White - Locked Verizon

The price was great and the Galaxy S10+ that I ordered was shipped quickly and was as described however there seems to be a minor issue with the charge port as it will not fast charge. I use the same charger with my work phone and it fast charges no problem.

Over all great experience. I'm suggesting to everyone I hear that needs a phone. I would like to get a I-Pad eventually, maybe a S22 after that. I love. This phone (S-10+). It showed up promptly and I excellent condition. Thank you Black Market!

Very impressed with the experience on Back Market and the seller in particular. I had purchased a "very good" rated Galaxy S10+ on a Thursday, noticed that I didn't hear anything from the seller on Friday (I assumed the phone might ship Friday but was wrong), so I messaged them Saturday and when they got back to me on Monday, they apologized for the delay in response and upgraded my shipping method to overnight shipping. I received the device on Tuesday and the condition was spot on. It had a very faint scuff on the back lower right corner but was otherwise flawless, including the screen. After stopping by a Verizon store to pick up a new SIM, I was activated within the day. Really appreciate the effort from the seller and I will be recommending Back Market to others I know who are in the market for refurbished devices.

Phone is performing perfectly so far!

Phone is great except it's tricky keeping a charging cable in the charging port. They always want to slip out and certain cables, including the one the phone came with, will slow charge and take 8 hours to charge the phone. It's like something is in the port obstructing the cable from wanting to slide in all the way. Other than that though the phone is

The condition of the phone is flawless. I had issues with the sim card slot not working with the first phone sent, as soon as I returned it I had the replacement in hand within a week. I honestly believe the chances of receiving a dud are so slim as many people I know have had zero issues with Back Market. This seller is top rated. Just know that in the miniscule chance something goes wrong, they will make it right quickly.
