Can't beat it. i think next month I might get my finance that note 10 or note 20 she has been wanting and looking at for awhile now. The shipping speed & communication was a little frustrating, but–overall–I am very pleased with this phone. Customer service actually assisted in resolving my issues satisfactorily, which is a rare occurrence these days. Would (and probably will) buy this phone again.

I ordered the "fair" condition phone and it is in excellent condition. It got here really quick and I am so excited to use it but I have to wait for the case to come in for it! I got this phone for a Christmas present for my wife and it's been great so far. It looks and performs like new. This was the 2nd S20 Ultra 5G from BackMarket. I got one for myself back in July and it has been great as well.
