The Samsung s22+ I received was beyond my expectation I had no idea what a great phone this was when it first came out and the one I purchased on back market was listed as excellent condition it looked like a brand new phone it's been a great experience with the device why buy new when you can get a good quality used device refurbished from back market

One of the best sellers out there. Its like they really game me a brand new phone ( which its suppose to be refurbished). If you looking for a phone thats in some where of a budget buy a phone from back market they can get you right. The phone arrived in the stated condition. It also had a screen protector already installed from what I can tell, which was lovely. I'd buy from this refurbisher/shop again. Shipping wise, it came quickly. The mail carrier guy however threw/slid the package up my driveway into my garage. It's not backmarkets thing necessarily, but it could've damaged it. I would have preferred the phone to be placed in my mailbox. Maybe a fragile sticker can prevent future shipping issues like that. Overall, happy customer!

Everything has been awesome. The constant communication from purchase to delivery was awesome. The phone was just like brand new better then expected. Prices are phenomenal. Well buy again and highly recommend. I have never bought reconditioned before now and will buy from here again.

I have to admit I was somewhat leary purchasing a refurbished phone, but upon reading reviews posted along with the guarantee offered by Back Market, I flipped the coin. I received my Galaxy S21 5g as disclosed, on scheduled and looking like "new out of the box". Thank you for delivering what you say and providing an outlet for the consumer to keep up with the technology without the high cost. I will return.

My phone was delivered to me with a hairline crack in the screen, hidden by the screen protector installed by the refurbished. I had to remove the installed screen protector due to the brand of case I bought to protect my "new" phone, since the case had built in screen protector and back protector. I didn't return the phone since it doesn't affect its performance (excellent), and I didn't want to wait on a replacement if I returned it. In essence,I am saying to check your refurbished phone very carefully, and "buyer beware".
