I'm glad I stumbled upon this seller, because I almost lost hope in Back Market's quality control. The phones arrived fast. The condition was as described (unlike my previous experience), it was clean and well packaged. Both S21+ had 50-70 percent battery, which got the transfer process done ASAP. My mom's and pops were very pleased with their upgrades (from S10+ and Motorola 5G Ace). They both waited for their cases and screen protectors to arrive before using their new phone. My parents thought they were brand new and did not want to get them damaged in any shape or form. Thank you and I would recommend this seller to anyone who seeks honest and reliable work.

So to preface this, I don't usually leave reviews because I'm really bad at remembering to leave one at all. But my experience here was so stellar that I wanted to speak up, in case anyone is on the fence about buying from Back Market. I definitely recommend it. I purchased a Galaxy S21+ listed in "excellent" condition. From my understanding of the listing, the phone would have a screen in perfect condition, and a body with barely visible scratches. The phone came in on time, but when I opened up the box, it was immediately apparent that there was a very deep scratch on the screen. There were also a few other scratches that were not as deep but still clearly visible, and the body also had some sticky residue and was dirty. I was immediately appalled by it and was preparing myself to have to deal with a painful process to get a solution. But in actuality, I came back to the website and was able to find my order and easily process a return claim. I was given a UPS label to return back to the vendor to repair. Back Market kept me notified the entire time when the item was received. Within hours the vendor notified Back Market that they could not repair it and processed the refund. I checked my banking app and the refund was already pending within a few hours. I've bought refurbished tech before (not though Back Market) with varying results, both good and bad. It's a gamble, so I guess I wasn't too surprised when I got this sub-par phone in. What impressed me about Back Market is how they held their vendor accountable in this instance. If you roll the dice and end up with a dud like I did, the process to get repairs/refunds was coordinated entirely through Back Market, so there is no pressure of having to chase an unreliable vendor down. And I love how centralized the website is and how easy it is to find what you're looking for. I came back and found this purple Galaxy S21+ in excellent condition from a completely different vendor and purchased it. And this time when I opened up the box, it was like a Tale of Two Phones. The phone was clean and had no scratches at all and even came with one of those annoying to install screen protectors installed, which saved me from having to do it myself. All in all, despite having to wait extra for the returns process and having to have a different phone shipped to me, I am extremely satisfied with it and will consider buying refurbished from this website in the future.

“I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! And I WILL USE B.M. FOR EVERYTHING IN THE FUTURE!” After reading some of the reviews about people getting their items with deep scratches or customer receiving the wrong item entirely. I was really worried! Then After finding out that it doesn’t come direct from back market, they use 3rd party sellers which I didn’t know until after the purchase, I was freaking out, because I didn’t have much money to spend. But I COULDNT BE HAPPIER! the shipping was FAST and EFFICIENT!! I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! For selecting the “Fair” option I truly expected THE WORST! But it was the TOTAL OPPOSITE! There were just normal wear marks on the front and the back was flawless! It was the closest you could get to brand new without paying crazy money! Thank you guys for selling great products!
